I found adjusting the wings to 820 / 870 improved time by 0.9s

Starting on rain tyres with 100ltr to avoid a pit stop before the rain stops
then 60ltr on mediums - for 2 more stops

Rained longer than expected, which wasn't too bad. Still stopped twice
started 6th - finished 6th. Had 13ltr left at the end

Good news is my competitor in the cup had a nightmare race, which left him in 11th and me into the final round of the cup!
